WGC Limited is seeking a Room Attendant in Peterborough to support the housekeeping team and maintain high hotel standards. The role reports to the Head Housekeeper and offers a pathway to development and training opportunities.

You will handle cleaning, linen replenishment, and guest service, with guided progression and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.

Your role will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms to the hotel standard
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies
• Providing a great guest experience
• Reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
• Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
