The Role:
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional manner
- Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, replenishing supplies as needed
- Report any defects or issues to the Head of Department
- Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute positively to hotel scores
- Follow company procedures and checklists
- Manage your rota efficiently, ensuring your trolley and caddy are stocked
- Minimize wastage without compromising standards
- Be energy conscious by turning off unused lights and equipment
- Develop your skills through training, communication, and teamwork
