The Role:
- Greet guests warmly and courteously, maintaining professionalism
- Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, replenishing supplies to standard
- Report any defects in bedrooms, corridors, or public areas to the Head of Department
- Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with hotel team members to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute positively to departmental and hotel scores
- Follow company control procedures as per checklists
- Manage your rota efficiently, keeping your trolley stocked and prepared
- Minimize wastage without compromising standards
- Be energy conscious by turning off lights and equipment when not in use
- Develop skills through training, communication, and teamwork
