Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and ensure every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests. You will be part of a vibrant team delivering high standards of cleanliness across the hotel.

Responsibilities include dusting, polishing, vacuuming, linen refresh, bed making and reporting any maintenance issues. The role offers flexible working conditions with overtime opportunities and full training to help you progress in

• Dust, polish and vacuum all areas of guest rooms and corridors.
• Refresh towels and linen as required.
• Strip and remake beds to hotel standards.
• Clean bathrooms to ensure high hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. As a Room Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Housekeeper and keep our hotel clean as a whistle. We offer flexible working conditions with the opportunity for overtime. Full training will be provided so that you are confident to ensure that every bedroom and bathroom is clean and well-presented for our guests.
