A leading hotel in London is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury environments and a passion for providing impeccable service. Join a team that values attention to detail and customer engagement.
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be cleaning the assigned rooms thoroughly, making the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenishing linen and guest supplies by hotel standards. You will clean and store all the equipment in its proper place. You will ensure that all stores are tidy and well-arranged and report any damage to the Housekeeping supervisors for action and follow-up. You will have the ability to fulfil the request of the guest, group, repeated and VIP clients.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have an experience in Housekeeping within a luxury environment. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.
To be successful in your application you will already have Housekeeping experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses authentic yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
