Job summary

Tylney Hall Hotel in Hook, United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Deputy to support the Head Housekeeper in daily operations, ensuring rooms are serviced to the highest standards and guest satisfaction is maximised.

You will take responsibility for a designated area of rooms, coordinate with linen porters, monitor cleanliness and presentation, and respond to guest needs and special requests to maintain a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications

• To take over and be responsible for a designated area of rooms.
• Complete your work to the agreed standard of cleanliness, tidiness and layout
• Liaise with Linen Porters regarding any spring-cleaning, washing of net curtains, and special cleaning of carpets and follow up on special maintenance issues.
• Be constantly aware of guest needs and recognise the expectations of guests
• To check the arrival lists daily, ensuring that any special requests, gifts, flowers, etc., are attended to.
• To check the storage areas in the corridors to ensure correct stock of linen and that the areas are tidy at all times.
