Job summary

Basil Street is seeking a passionate room attendant to join our Basil Street team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start in Knightsbridge, London. You will deliver five-star service, clean bedrooms to the highest standards and uphold our guest experience.

The role is 40 hours per week on a shift rota, with an annual salary of £28,891.20 plus discretionary meal allowance and a range of staff benefits and development opportunities. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Clean bedrooms to the highest standards following SOP.
• Maintain corridors and pantries on the allocated floor.
• Perform daily Spring Clean in allocated rooms as required.
• Personalise the service using guest history where possible.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest bedrooms to five-star standards.
• Ensure public areas are maintained to the brand's standards.
• Assist guests with requests and maintain a proactive service mindset.
• Follow health and safety policies and report issues promptly.
