Richmond Hill Hotel, located in the heart of London's greenest borough, is seeking an exceptional Room Attendant (Cleaner) to join us. We are an independently owned Georgian hotel, just a stone's throw from the royal park, and we pride ourselves on a culture that values genuine care and creativity.

As a Room Attendant, you will maintain the highest cleanliness standards in bedrooms and public areas, deliver thoughtful turndown service, and work closely with the Housekeeping Team to deliver

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to the highest standards.
• Delivering evening turndown service and ensuring guest rooms are inviting and well-presented.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
• Ensuring all hotel standards and procedures are followed.
• Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of the Housekeeping Team.
• Taking pride in every detail to help create outstanding guest experiences.
