Job summary

Frasers Hospitality in Glasgow is seeking a Room Attendant to join Fraser Suites Glasgow. This 20-hour-per-week, part-time role across 5 days in 7, involves delivering courteous guest service, cleaning rooms and public areas, and supporting the Breakfast department when required.

You’ll work as part of our housekeeping team, focusing on total guest satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness. As a Room Attendant you’ll contribute to a welcoming guest experience and collaborate with colleagues

Responsibilities

• You will ensure total guest satisfaction by providing efficient, courteous service within the Housekeeping Department.
• You will be responsible for cleaning all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas, and may oversee outsourced staff when required.
• You may interact with customers and assist other operations departments during your shift, including the Breakfast department.

As Room Attendant, you will ensure total guest satisfaction, providing efficient, courteous, and high level of service within the Housekeeping Department. You will be responsible for all rooms, public areas, corridors and back of house areas. Overseeing any outsourced staff when required. You may also occasionally interact with customers, supporting all other operations departments during your shift. You may additionally be asked to assist in the Breakfast department.
