Qualifications

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb) is an asset.
• First aid qualification is desirable.
• Experience in reactive building maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on reactive and planned maintenance jobs in teams.
• Ensure safety while working at height daily.
• Conduct roof and guttering repairs and replacements.
• Be on call on a rota basis.
• Utilize devices for risk assessments and reporting.
