SettleParadigm is seeking a skilled Roofing Operative to join our Repairs team. You will carry out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance across our property portfolio, diagnosing issues and ensuring safety and quality standards.
This role covers flat and pitched roofs, with a fully equipped hybrid van, fuel card and digital scheduling; hours 40 per week, with occasional out-of-hours rota. Travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding counties.

Salary: £41,327 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Chesham/High Wycombe (Office Base), with travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding counties

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Roofing Operative to join our expanding Repairs team within our Direct Labour Operations (DLO) team. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and durability of our homes by carrying out day‑to‑day roofing repairs and maintenance across our property portfolio.
Working independently, you’ll diagnose issues, complete repairs, and ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards. You’ll work across both flat and pitched roofs, using a variety of materials and tools, and your expertise will help us deliver high‑quality, reliable services to our customers.
