Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a pitched or flat roofing.
• Experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions.
• Proven ability to price and prepare costs for commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing.
• Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
• Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
• Manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy and quality.
