Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Estimator – Flat Roofing for commercial/industrial refurbishments and roofing projects. You will conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments and prepare detailed cost estimates for flat roofing and construction works.

The role involves reviewing subcontractor quotations, supporting contracts with the Contracts Department, and managing multiple deadlines with precision and quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Estimator within a main contractor.
• Experience with flat roofing, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects.
• Open to a junior candidate seeking a foot in the door in flat roofing.

Responsibilities

• Promote a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects.
• Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
• Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
• Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
