First Military are partnering with a family-run roofing contractor looking to expand their project management team with a Roofing Contracts Supervisor, focusing on pitched roofs.

As a Roofing Contracts Supervisor, you will be seeking a long-term career within contracts management, with experience in roofing project management, knowledge of Health & Safety, and the ability to work with your team to deliver projects effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to manage projects from start to finish, support clients, and provide outstanding customer service to maximize repeat business and recommendations.

Your duties as a Roofing Contracts Supervisor:

• Assist in all aspects of roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring targets are met.
• Conduct quality inspections and inform site teams of improvements.
• Oversee site H&S, ensure procedures are followed, and provide site reports.
• Manage resources, including recruiting labor and sub-contractors.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project delivery and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this Roofing Contracts Supervisor role:

• Experience in pitched roof refurbishment and technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills
