Base pay range

We are looking for two External Contracts Managers to join our Property Care team. You will be responsible for managing externally sourced contracts related to windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects, supporting our goal of delivering excellent service to our customers.

Ideal candidates will have experience in the Housing Association environment and will play a key role in ensuring that works are completed in line with financial, contractual, and quality standards. You will need to build strong relationships with partner providers, challenge existing processes, and drive improvements in service delivery.

You should possess strong technical knowledge and be prepared to handle maintenance projects that require complex or specialized interventions.

This role requires flexibility, including travel across our geographic area, site visits, contractor meetings, and regular office days for team collaboration. Candidates must reside within ABRI’s geographic area and be able to commute to one of our primary offices located in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or Yeovil (BA22 8WN).
