Job summary

PTSG Group is seeking a Roofers Mate to support experienced roofers across reactive and planned maintenance on commercial, retail and industrial sites. You will learn on the job, assist with various roofing tasks, and contribute to safe, high-quality repairs daily.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, good teamwork, and a willingness to work at height. Full UK driving licence is essential, with potential for development and progression within the team.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team on reactive and planned roofing maintenance
• Assisting with cladding, commercial, traditional, and industrial roofing works
• Supporting guttering repairs and replacements
• Working safely at height on a daily basis
• Completing on-site risk assessments and job reports using mobile devices
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service
• Being flexible with start times, travel, and occasional weekend work
• Participating in an on-call rota where required
• Continuously learning new skills and methods on site
