Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Roofer to support communities across East Lancashire, Blackburn, Rossendale and Pendle. You will perform roofing repairs on both tenanted and vacant properties with a focus on safety and high workmanship standards.

We require a full UK driving licence, proven roofing experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of health and safety. The role offers a 37-hour week, starting salary of £33,758, and benefits including a company van and LGPS pension

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Proven experience in roofing and building repairs.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs on tenanted and vacant properties.
• Aim for first-time fixes on visits where possible.
• Measure materials and manage procurement efficiently.
• Maintain high workmanship and tidy cleaning after work.
• Conduct risk assessments before starting work.
• Protect tenants' homes and communicate professionally.
