The Vacancy
Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for a Roofer to join our Living Space Responsive team within the Skelmersdale area. In this role as a roofer, you will be working in conjunction with one of our existing social housing partners, so being able to build rapport with people is key.
Key Accountabilities will include:
We are looking for you to be an experienced roofer and have the skills to deliver small projects and repair work. Ideally, you will have experience within the housing maintenance sector, but this is not a must.
You will also have relevant trade qualifications and a full UK driving license.
To be successful in the role, you will be an effective communicator with the ability to problem solve and multitask.
