Safeseal Roofing Ltd is on the lookout for reliable Roofing Labourers to join our growing team. We want team players who aren’t afraid to graft, get stuck in, and are serious about building a career in roofing. If you're looking for a way in and have the drive to become a fully fledged roofer, we’ll back you all the way.

We’re a family-run roofing firm based in Wigan, covering the Northwest. We treat our team right and offer real opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who turns up, works hard, and gets on with the team
• Not afraid of heights or a bit of graft
• Keen to learn the trade or already has on-site experience
• CSCS and driving licence preferred (but not a dealbreaker)
• You’ll be more than just a number. We look after our people and invest in them.
• We offer training, NVQs, and real career progression — if you want it, we’ll support you to go for it.
• We give back to the community, support local charities, and look out for each other on and off-site.
• We work hard, but we have a laugh too. Team socials, decent gear, and proper respect all round.
