Job summary

TM Roofing Service N/W LTD, the North branch of TMR Group based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, is expanding and seeks skilled pitched roofers. Applicants should have at least four years’ experience in pitched roofing and roofline works, a full clean UK driving licence, and the ability to supervise an apprentice or labourer on site.

You will work to high workmanship standards across UPVC, slate, tile, stone and leadwork, attend the Rochdale head office at 7:15am Monday to Friday, and

• Four years’ experience in pitched roofing & roofline works.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to supervise an apprentice or labourer on site.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving on site.
• Own roofing tools and on-site communication skills.
• Attend Rochdale head office at 7:15am, Monday to Friday.
• High workmanship standard across UPVC, slate, tile, stone and leadwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site roofing works in a pitched roofing team.
• Supervise and mentor an apprentice or labourer.
• Liaise with management, customers and suppliers to ensure deadlines.
• Maintain high workmanship across UPVC, slate, tile, stone and leadwork.
• Attend the Rochdale head office at 7:15am, Monday to Friday.

TM Roofing Service N/W LTD is the North branch of TMR Group, a reputable and rapidly expanding roofing contractor based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, delivering projects across the North of England. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable pitched roofers to join our growing team.

Our clients expect consistently high standards of workmanship, professionalism and reliability, with all work completed safely and within agreed deadlines.

Successful candidates must have:

• At least four years’ experience in pitched roofing & roofline works
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• The confidence and ability to work alongside and supervise an apprentice or labourer
• A proactive approach to problem-solving when issues arise on site
• Their own roofing tools
• The ability to attend our Rochdale head office at 7:15am, Monday to Friday
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with management, customers and suppliers
• A high standard of workmanship across UPVC, slate, tile, stone and leadwork

Evidence of previous workmanship will be requested at the interview stage, and references will be required.
