Job summary

HOWELLS SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a team working in the Social Housing sector around Leicester. You will perform roofing repairs and related maintenance on voids and occupied properties, with occasional minor carpentry and guttering tasks.

We value practical hands-on tradespeople who can contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business and help keep properties weather-tight and safe for residents. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Roofing repairs on voids and occupied properties in the Social Housing sector.
• Minor carpentry and guttering work when required.
• Contribute to repairs/maintenance delivering quality workmanship.

Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Contractor to find a Roofer with sufficient knowledge of other trades to join their team in and around Leicester, to work on Voids and occupied properties doing repairs & maintenance.

Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include various roofing repairs and minor carpentry/guttering when needed.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.
