Job summary

RNW GROUP LTD is seeking a skilled roofer to undertake commercial site work. You will diagnose leaks, select repairs and complete installations to a professional standard, using your own tools and working with initiative.

The role requires 5+ years of roofing experience, comprehensive knowledge of tiled and liquid GRP roofing systems, and the ability to handle reactive and planned projects with excellent customer communication. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' proven roofing experience, ideally commercial maintenance and projects.
• Strong experience across a variety of roofing systems and materials.
• Knowledge of tiled roofing and liquid GRP/liquid roofing systems.
• Proven ability to trace, diagnose and resolve roof leaks and water ingress.
• Experience with reactive maintenance and planned roofing works.
• Ability to work independently from a scope and complete jobs to a high standard.
• High workmanship standards with attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own professional roofing tools.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled, reliable and professional roofer who takes pride in their workmanship and can be trusted to represent the company on commercial sites. You must be able to attend a site, accurately diagnose the problem, determine the correct repair and complete the work to a professional standard.

You will need to be comfortable working without constant supervision and use your own initiative when dealing with unforeseen issues.A strong understanding of commercial buildings, roofing systems, water ingress and effective long-term repairs is essential.

The successful candidate must have:

• Strong, demonstrable experience across a variety of roofing systems and materials.
• Knowledge and practical experience of tiled roofing and liquid GRP/liquid roofing systems.
