About the Role

We seek a skilled Cladder with Roofing Supervision experience to join our NSS Maintenance Division. The role involves delivering high-quality roofing and cladding projects, leading teams, and managing site performance. The ideal candidate has industrial roofing experience, works at heights, and is willing to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead or work within a team on planned and reactive maintenance
• Install and repair industrial roofing and cladding systems
• Apply protective coatings and perform industrial painting
• Conduct leak detection, inspections, and repairs
• Supervise on-site jobs, ensuring safety and quality
• Manage progress and reporting using project tools
• Work on various roof types, especially liquid coatings
• Travel for national projects, staying away from home as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)
• CSCS card (labourer or skilled worker)
• PASMA
• Driving Licence
• First aid certification
• NVQ in Slating & Tiling or Sheeting & Cladding
• Experience in industrial roofing and cladding
• Comfortable working at heights
• Work pride and accountability
• Flexible with work hours and travel
• Strong communication and leadership skills
