Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Goole is offering an apprenticeship, aligning to the Level 3 Engineering Fitter standard, with a 42-month duration and End Point Assessment. The programme features day release with NTAR/York College as the provider and a pathway to a permanent role on successful completion.

You will work towards achieving the Level 3 standard, starting with a base salary of £16,000 per year plus benefits, and you’ll be supported by structured training, mentoring and technical development

Qualifications

• You will have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 5 GCSEs grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English Language.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and effective environment to help build an amazing working environment.
• Becoming a Rolling Stock Manufacturing expert within our state of the art Assembly Facility, utilising the latest techniques and tools.
• Building the next generation of zero emission Metro and Commuter Rail trains in the heart of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
