Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Rolex-accredited Watchmaker at Level 50 or above to join our luxury watchmaking team. The role offers a £55,000+ basic salary, with additional performance-related bonuses and relocation assistance for the right candidate, in a professional workshop environment.

This is an established jewellery and watch business with a strong reputation for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Rolex accreditation at Level 50 or above is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in servicing, repairs and fault diagnosis.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Polishing and refinishing experience would be advantageous.
• Customer-facing experience would be welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and fault-diagnose Rolex watches in a professional workshop environment.
• Perform routine servicing and precise fault diagnostics to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Polishing and refinishing work as required to maintain luxury finishes.
• Engage with customers when needed to discuss service outcomes and expectations.
