Dexory, based in Wallingford, is redefining global logistics with robotics-powered software and hardware. We seek a Robotics Logistics Associate to ensure precision packing, secure dispatch, and safe handling of high-value robots. The role is Wal-lingford-based when not traveling.

Responsibilities include using hand/power tools for assembly, safe loading, inventory accuracy, and knowledge of Dangerous Goods shipping. A forklift license is highly desirable and a strong team attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools for assembly or packing.
• Attention to detail when handling fragile, high-value equipment.
• Warehouse/shipping experience with export considerations is a plus.
• Ability to move large robots and load transport vehicles.

• Precision packing of high-value robots and spares into secure transit crates.
• Mechanical assembly using hand and power tools to secure equipment.
• Safely loading robots and large scale equipment onto vans and transport.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and outbound paperwork.
• Handle dangerous goods in accordance with regulations for multi-modal shipping.
• Operate forklift to move heavy crates and manage dispatch area space.
• Coordinate outbound preparation with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a reliable Robotics Logistics Associate to be responsible for the precision packing and secure dispatch of high-value, cutting-edge robotics. This role requires a white-glove mindset, combining mechanical aptitude with the physical logistics skills needed to move our technology safely from our facility in Wallingford to our global partners. This role will be Wallingford based when not travelling.

Responsibilities:

• Precision Packing: Custom pack and secure high value robots and spares into specialised transit cases, ensuring they are protected against all transit conditions.
• Mechanical Assembly: Use manual and power tools, including screwdrivers and impact drivers to secure robots and seal heavy duty export crates.
• Safe Loading: Safely maneuver robots and large scale equipment onto vans and transport vehicles.
• Inventory Accuracy : Document all outgoing shipments ensuring conclusive paperwork for all outbound shipments.
• Dangerous Goods Handling: Multi Modal shipping of Dangerous Goods by Air, Sea and Road.
• Warehouse Operations: Operate a forklift to move heavy crates and manage space within the dispatch area to maintain an agile, high performance workflow.
• Cross Functional Preparation Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to organise all preparation of outbound goods across Client Operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using hand and power tools (specifically impact drivers and screwdrivers) for technical assembly or heavy duty packing.
• Experience working with fragile, high value, or sensitive equipment where attention to detail is paramount.
• Background in warehouse operations, shipping, or fulfillment; experience with “Dangerous Goods” export is an advantage.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of moving large robots and loading transport vehicles.
• A valid forklift license is highly desirable.
• A “one team” attitude, the ambition to learn the robotics field from the ground up, and a commitment to high standards.
• Shipping experience desirable (IATA, IMDG, ADR)
