Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to support deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. The role involves on-site visits, data collection, lab simulations, and hands-on testing to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities include demos, on-site testing, PoC leadership, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. Travel ~40% required; Massachusetts salary range is $100K–$130K per year for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with robotic solutions and automation.
• Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience managing robotics deployment projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer sites.
• Visit customer facilities to gather data and assess integration requirements.
• Build test rigs and lab environments for testing and acceptance.
• Organise and deliver live demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead PoC and pilot projects on-site with planning and supervision.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams to optimize deployment.
