Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a DTS Shoulder Clinical Sales Specialist to execute robotic ROSA system programs and provide clinical support across hospitals in the EMEA region. You will train surgeons and OR staff, work with sales teams to onboard new accounts, and promote ROSA education at events and congresses.

Significant travel is expected across the region with occasional international trips. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and strong networking and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Outstanding networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services.
• Experience across Orthopedics, with specific knowledge of robotic assisted procedures.
• Significant level of clinical expertise.
• Strong presentations skills, customer centric, relationship and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with target orientation and organizational skills.
• Analytical approach with a passion for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial clinical support and facilitate onboarding of hospital teams for ROSA system.
• Support ROSA robotics promotional and educational activities in EMEA, including on-site support at events.
• Visit KOLs with local SET team to increase surgeon's knowledge and ROSA utilization.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for surgeons, OR staff, sterilization and radiology on ROSA.
• Develop hospital-specific multi-disciplinary plans to onboard and increase robotic procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive ROSA account development and customer awareness.
