Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) in Oxford seeks an experienced Mobile Roaming Security Officer. You will be deployed across a cluster of high-risk locations, using intelligence to prioritise activity and deliver a visible, professional security presence.

This permanent role offers varied shifts, a UK driving licence requirement, and SIA licence; training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of front-line security guarding experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and calm under pressure with professional conduct.
• Competent with digital devices for daily reporting.
• Smart, professional appearance and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across an assigned cluster of sites using a company vehicle with a risk-based prioritisation.
• Conduct high-visibility patrols, providing a professional presence on client premises.
• Feed intelligence to the Amberstone Crime Desk and report trends.
• Liaise with management, Police, and local authorities as required.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and professionalism.
• Carry out security checks and searches in line with policy.
• Digitally report incidents and produce clear incident reports promptly.
• Operate Body Worn Cameras in line with safety policy.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders via radio and other channels.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times.
