Job summary

BEAR Scotland Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Skilled Civils Roadworker to join our team in Dunbeath. This hands-on role covers highways, drainage and civil engineering projects, with long-term career stability and development opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have civils/roadworks experience, a valid HGV licence and a Full UK driving licence, plus a commitment to health and safety and teamwork on site. Training and progression are encouraged within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in civils, roadworks or groundworks.
• HGV licence required for vehicle operations.
• Full UK driving licence to access sites.
• Good teamwork and reliability.
• CPCS or NPORS plant tickets are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out road construction and resurfacing works
• Install kerbing, paving, and drainage systems
• Undertake excavation and general groundwork duties
• Operate hand tools and small plant machinery safely
• Support traffic management and site setup
• Assist with general civil engineering tasks as required
• Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times
