The AA is seeking a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to deliver prompt assistance to our members, both on and off the road. You’ll be the friendly face of the UK's largest motoring organisation, going the extra mile to get drivers back on the road safely in any weather.

You will be working varied patterns with shifts that can include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £40,387 with location allowance, and potential OTE up to £60,000 based on top performers.

Competenze

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology; tools will be provided.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Shifts: As a patrol you will work on average 40 hour week with a variety of shift pattern options available, you have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits your personal and professional needs. The number of rest days you enjoy each year, as well as the length of your shifts will vary based on the shift pattern you select.

What do I need?

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
• It's essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
• Confidence using and adapting to new technology we'll provide the tools, you bring the curiosity.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays because breakdowns don't stick to a schedule.
