Shifts: As a patrol you will work on average 40 hour week with a variety of shift pattern options available, you have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits your personal and professional needs. The number of rest days you enjoy each year, as well as the length of your shifts will vary based on the shift pattern you select. As our Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you'll go the extra mile for our members. Anything can happen whilst driving, but we are the AA and we get everyone back on the road safely so the show can go on. More importantly you'll be the friendly face of the UK's largest motoring organisation. To our members, you're the superhero. Ready for anything, you'll be there for them, anytime, anywhere and in any weather. You'll get their day moving again, forging confidence for drivers now and for the future. What will I be doing?
Plus, so much more! We're proud to be an inclusive employer and welcome people from all backgrounds. At The AA, you're encouraged to be yourself, thrive in your role and feel like you truly belong. If successful, we'll invite you to an online interview and carry out standard pre-employment checks, including references, credit and criminal record screening.
