Roadside Recovery Driver

Location: Truro

Compensation: £17 per hour + £500 bonus on completion of summer assignment

Schedule: Mixed days and nights

Contract: Summer Contract (around half of all inductees will have the chance to take on permanent roles after the summer)

Driver Requirements: Class 1 or 2 drivers required

Induction: Starting in June

Role

We are currently seeking a number of Roadside Recovery Drivers working out of the Truro area. In this role, you will:

• Provide a first-class service to our customers by collecting their vehicles at the roadside, loading onto your truck, and taking them back to the depot for maintenance.
• Drive a vehicle provided by the company to customers reporting broken-down vehicles at the roadside.
• Recover vehicles onto your truck.
• Drive the loaded truck back to the depot.
• Answer customer questions and queries.

Requirements

• Class 1 or Class 2 driving experience.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Willing and able to undertake Roadside Recovery training during induction.
