Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Roads Operations service and manage a team of multi-skilled operatives to deliver a high quality service.

You will oversee planning, programming and coordination of works, depot management, cyclic maintenance, major projects and winter maintenance, with strong communication skills essential.

The successful candidate will have an HND/Degree or equivalent in Engineering.

• Experience managing a Roads Operations Service.
• Strong planning, programming and coordination of works.
• Experience in depot management, cyclic maintenance, and street lighting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HND or Degree in Engineering required.
