Job summary

West Midlands Police is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver learning and development interventions for the Safer Roads program. You will design and deliver content to meet national standards and ensure accurate data recording and reporting.

The role requires evaluating learning outcomes, supporting course design, and coordinating with supervisors to maintain quality and compliance across programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and development interventions.
• Ability to design and deliver educational content for a variety of learners.
• Good understanding of data handling and GDPR requirements.
• Experience in assessing learning outcomes and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Training, learning and development interventions to Driver Offenders to a high standard.
• Support the delivery of a high quality course meeting national standards.
• Maintain accurate records and timely submission of data to local and national databases.
• Ensure learning activities meet national programme requirements and quality standards.
• Assess and evaluate learning activities and provide feedback to supervision.
