Job summary

West Midlands Police is seeking Safer Roads Trainers on a casual, part-time basis to deliver high-quality road safety training online. Trainers must have engaging methods, adaptability, and a passion for community safety. The role offers a flexible schedule and a competitive daily rate.

The majority of training will be delivered remotely via Zoom, requiring a reliable setup. Candidates should be able to work evenings and weekends to fit the described shifts and provide impactful learning

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training or educating diverse groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of road safety principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
