An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in a new care home opening in Malvern, Worcestershire. You will work for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. The brand new, luxury care home will provide high-quality residential and nursing care, delivered compassionately by experienced staff.

Requirements: Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Key Duties include:

1. Monitoring standards of care delivered to residents
2. Ensuring Night staff contribute effectively to the home’s operations
3. Interacting with residents to meet their needs and resolve issues
4. Reporting health issues and coordinating GP/Professional visits
5. Preparing and evaluating Resident Care Plans
6. Providing general nursing and personal care
7. Administering medication and maintaining records
8. Supporting audits of Care Plans
9. Attending staff meetings
10. Reporting incidents/accidents
11. Providing shift handovers
12. Conducting supervisions and appraisals
13. Assisting with provider audits

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Ability to manage a small team
2. Passion for elderly care and nursing
3. Leadership qualities to inspire high standards
4. Experience in a care home (preferred but not essential)
