Qualifications

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Akutpflege als RN erforderlich.

Seeking Versatile RN Floats: Your Skill, Anywhere, AnytimeAs a Full Time, Night shift Float Registered Nurse, you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional nursing care in medical/surgical and telemetry units. This pivotal role demands mastery of hospital policies, sharp interpretive skills, and active collaboration with colleagues.Enjoy a 15% differential on hourly pay for your flexibility in delivering expert compassionate patient care in a variety of specialties!
Responsibilities
  • Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes.
  • Collaborates with the health care team to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Is seen as a patient advocate.
  • Timely implementation of nursing interventions.
  • Technical Skills: demonstrates appropriate clinical skills and technical competence in providing patient care.
  • Critical Thinking: demonstrates appropriate clinical judgment. Assesses, analyzes and communicates patient information in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Accurately and promptly documents all patient assessments, interventions , responses and provider communication. Assess patient safety risk factors and identifies those patients requiring specific safety interventions including skin integrity, fall risk & appropriate use of restraints. Follows medication safety policy. Promptly initiates appropriate interventions for safety needs. Completes Safety Tracking Tools as required.
  • Delegation and supervision: supervises assigned staff, delegates appropriately, takes responsibility for all care provided to patients assigned. Reports all performance issues of team members to ensure all patients receive appropriate care and attention.
  • Educational needs of patient: Assesses educational needs of patient and family, provides appropriate written and verbal instructions. Documents assessment and education provided.
  • Provider orders: Performs ongoing review, initiation and implementation of patient orders in a timely manner every shift.
  • Prioritization: prioritizes responsibilities and issues, taking into account urgency, patient needs, and seeks appropriate resources. Problem solves independently. Multitasks efficiently and demonstrates effective time management skills.
  • Professional Accountability: Independently seeks out other clinical experiences to enhance knowledge base. Actively assists others and accepts additional duties or assignments. Timely completion of assigned education and annual competencies. Actively engaged in unit based councils and performance improvement. Recognizes unit needs and works to help facilitate solutions
Qualifications
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in acute care as an RN.
