• We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. • Diverse Cases : Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
• Pay Rates : Our pay rates vary based on differentials:

RN: $57.68/$59.68/$61.68 per hour

LPN: $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour

• Licensure : Nurses must hold a valid RN/LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
