Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Nursing license and Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years transplant nursing experience or 5 years general clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluation and patient readiness.
• Educate patients and families about the transplant process and post-transplant care.
• Provide direct patient care in outpatient transplant clinic and inpatient settings.
• Assist in UNOS documentation and compliance requirements.
• Participate in program development and multidisciplinary team initiatives.
