Job summary

Priory Group at Llanarth Court in Wales is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse - Nights for a 37.5-hour, full-time role within a 95-bed secure facility. Salary ranges from £36,296 to £42,073 per year, with a supportive environment focused on recovery and patient wellbeing.

As an RMN, you will assess and implement patient care plans, observe patients, and collaborate with the MDT to ensure dignity and effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Qualified RMN with 6–12 months post-registration experience and active NMC registration.
• Successful completion of a preceptorship programme.
• Sound knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately observe and engage with patients to assess needs and progress.
• Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
• Evaluate and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to MDT teamwork and address patient/family concerns.
