RMN Nurse (Wales Region - NHS TRUST)

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team for one of our NHS clients in the Wales region. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients, administering medications, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients
• Administering medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Monitoring and assessing patient health and progress
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate patient care
• Ensuring compliance with NHS and clinical standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
• Experience in mental health nursing (essential)
• Strong knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Current CPR certification
• PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) certification – Mandatory
• Up-to-date compliance documents
