Job summary

Hazelbrook Care Home in Leicester is seeking a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a specialist complex setting. You will assess, plan and review care, support emotional wellbeing, and lead shifts while guiding the care team.

The role offers a flexible zero-hours contract with pay at £21.50 per hour, paid DBS, pension and uniform, plus 5.6 weeks' annual leave based on full-time equivalence. Training and clear progression paths are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Experience in mental health or complex care is beneficial.
• A calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering high quality, person centred care.

Responsibilities
