Job summary

Barchester Healthcare, based in Wimbledon, is looking for a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our care home on a casual, part-time basis. You will use RMN skills and dementia experience to deliver compassionate, person-centred care and to develop tailored care plans for residents.

As a bank position, hours will vary to cover annual leave and sickness. You will benefit from training and development opportunities and the autonomy to make a real difference in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and associated regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA).
• Committed to compassionate, person-centred nursing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and settle new residents, developing tailored care plans.
• Carry out a range of clinical tasks in line with current best practices.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to support residents’ mental health needs.
