Job Description:

The Regional Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager, EU RME, supports Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) pillars across Europe, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve WHS standards and procedures. Responsibilities include developing partnerships, incident investigation, risk assessment, KPI review, and safety program support. The role involves analyzing incidents, reviewing KPIs, and conducting root cause analysis to promote a safety culture. It is part of the High-Risk Operations family, focusing on managing safety risks associated with machinery, equipment, and contractors, ensuring compliance and fostering safe behaviors through policies, training, and engagement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in program or project management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Safety, RME, Engineering, Quality, or Operations
• Experience in program implementation and oversight of safety programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or CHMM
• Knowledge of ISO 45000 and regulatory requirements
• Experience with automated reporting systems
• Six Sigma Belt or Green Belt certification
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience in technical writing and adaptable to fast-paced environments
