Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Raw Material Production Assistant to support the flow of materials underpinning luxury craftsmanship. You will work across sourcing, production, quality and product teams to coordinate materials efficiently and on time.

In this role you will help maintain records, monitor stock, support sustainability and compliance, and partner with suppliers to keep production moving in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or academic background in Supply Chain, Fashion, Textiles, Operations, or related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence handling data and documentation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the placement, monitoring, and tracking of raw material orders to ensure timely availability for production.
• Maintain accurate records of material specifications, orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute to replenishment planning to support business needs and minimise supply risks.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track order progress, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure materials consistently meet Burberry's quality and performance standards.
• Support compliance, sustainability, and traceability documentation while providing administrative assistance to the wider production team.
