If you’re ready to elevate your career with a company recognised for its excellence and employee satisfaction, then this could be the opportunity for you.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We have an opportunity for you to join our Water Quality and Environment team as our new River Insights and Improvement Manager.

In your new role you’ll be central to our River Protection team, transforming river health and providing valuable insights. You’ll work with external and internal stakeholders, enhancing performance and driving the success of our river programs.

You’ll lead on projects for Bathing Rivers, River Water Quality, and RNAGs, ensuring effective documentation and management. You’ll support alignment across programs, provide reliable data for media enquiries, present findings to internal teams, and share project outputs with various audiences, including operational teams, communications teams, regulators, and customers.

The location of this role is flexible depending on where you live in the Severn Trent region. If you're based in or around the Midlands, we'd love to hear from you.

Some Of Your Other Key Accountabilities Will Include

You'll need sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret external factors affecting river health. Presenting insights clearly and building technical and regulatory expertise are key parts of the role.
