Job summary

Baker McKenzie seeks a Risk Systems and Data Management Analyst to oversee data integrity for client onboarding, matter opening and maintenance. You will act as a subject matter expert for Intapp Open and Intapp Conflicts, ensuring accurate data and smooth user experiences.

You will develop dashboards and reporting, support process improvements, and contribute to training content to strengthen data governance across Risk Systems and NBI activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and consistency of client/matter data in Intapp Open and Intapp Conflicts.
• Accurately and efficiently update key client/matter data changes in Intapp Open.
• Identify data quality issues and propose actionable solutions, escalating unresolved concerns.
• Assist with developing training materials and learning content on data management best practices.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to support insights and optimisation.
