Job Description:

The role is home-based with travel to WTW offices and clients and prospects throughout the United Kingdom (and occasionally overseas) where required.

The Role

You will be an independent risk advisor to clients and prospects, providing advice on a wide range of risk management needs.

You’ll bring a fresh outlook and support the identification and development of the client’s risk profile to better align with risk mitigation, transfer, and tolerance strategies.

You will develop and support new business opportunities and revenue in line with the GB Retail sales strategy, focusing on driving New New (NN) and New From Existing (NFE) business to achieve growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and evaluate clients’ risk exposure, maturity, claims profile, and governance to provide external perspective and challenge.
  2. Identify sales opportunities across risk and claims management.
  3. Manage key client accounts from a risk and claims perspective.
  4. Build networks through risk meetings, industry forums, and strategic risk groups.
  5. Facilitate panel and promotional events, providing expert risk advice.
  6. Connect with clients and prospects to address their risk needs and add value.
  7. Support bid tenders and leverage new business opportunities.
  8. Maintain a high profile both externally and internally, collaborating with teams.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, methodologies, and emerging risks.
  10. Review client claims and identify areas for risk management improvements.
