Job Description:

The role is home-based with travel to WTW offices and clients and prospects throughout the United Kingdom (and occasionally overseas) where required.

The Role

You will be an independent risk advisor to clients and prospects, providing consultation and advice on a wide range of risk management needs.

You’ll support the identification and development of the client’s risk profile to align better with risk mitigation, transfer, and tolerance strategies.

Additionally, you will develop and support new business opportunities and revenue generation in line with the GB Retail sales strategy, focusing on driving New (NN) and New From Existing (NFE) business, leveraging WTW’s Risk Management value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate clients' risk exposure, maturity, claims profile, and governance to provide external perspective and challenge.
  • Identify sales opportunities across risk and claims management propositions.
  • Manage key client accounts from a risk and claims perspective.
  • Build networks through risk meetings with clients, account teams, and industry groups.
  • Facilitate panel and promotional events, providing expert advice on risk and claims management.
  • Connect with clients and prospects to understand and address their risk needs, delivering added value.
  • Support bid tenders and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high profile internally and externally, collaborating seamlessly with teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, methodologies, and emerging risks.
  • Review client claims and identify areas for risk management intervention.
